Will there be any service interruption during the eSIM porting process?

You can use your existing service throughout most of the process. There may be a brief interruption (typically a few minutes) during the final transfer. Ensure you're not traveling or somewhere that would prevent eSIM download if troubleshooting is needed. You may need to restart your phone to complete the process. We'll text you when the transfer is complete.
