Can I request a refund?

If you wish to cancel your mobile service contract within the statutory 14-day cooling-off period, please reach out to zable-mobile-support@zable.co.uk for assistance and refer to the "Cooling-off period". We'll initiate a refund within 5 working days. You may be charged for any usage of the service during the cooling-off period. After the cooling-off period, you can cancel at any time and will be able to use the service until your current subscription period concludes.
