If a payment fails, your membership is temporarily suspended, and you’ll enter a 7-day grace period.
During the grace period, we will automatically retry your payment once a day and credit alerts won’t be available. If payment succeeds, your membership reactivates immediately.
If payment doesn’t succeed after 7 days, your membership will be cancelled automatically, and you won’t be charged for the failed period.
