Why can't I purchase the SIM plan via the website if I already have a Zable account?

At the moment, the website checkout is only available to new customers without an existing Zable account.

If you already have a Zable account, you can sign up for Zable Mobile through our mobile app. We're working on opening the web journey to existing Zable customers in the future.
