If you pay for your Zable sim plan using Apple Pay or Google Pay, the card number shown in your Zable Mobile account won't match the number on your physical card, and searching your bank statement for that number won't find the transaction.
This is expected. Apple Pay and Google Pay use a virtual card number: a unique number generated by your phone to protect your real card details. Your actual card number is never shared with us. Your bank shows your real card number; your Zable account shows the virtual one.
---
To find the payment in your bank app, search by:
- Amount and date — the exact payment amount on the date your bill was due
- Merchant name — your statement may show "Zable" or "Lendable" as the payee
---
To find your virtual card number (if your bank lists transactions by card, the last four digits will match this, not your physical card):
Apple Pay (iPhone):
Open the Wallet app
Tap the card you use for Zable
Tap the three-dot menu (•••)
Go to Card Details, then Card Information
Google Pay (Android):
Open Google Wallet
Tap the card you use for Zable
Tap the three-dot menu
Look for Virtual account number
