The most common causes:
Dual SIM conflict β if you have a physical SIM and eSIM both active, they can interfere. Temporarily turn off the other SIM (Settings > Mobile Data) and see if Zable stays stable.
Coverage β check the Vodafone coverage map for your area.
Device software β an outdated OS can cause eSIM instability. Check for updates in Settings > General > Software Update (iPhone) or Settings > System > System Update (Android).
Corrupted eSIM profile β if service drops multiple times a day, your eSIM profile may need replacing. Email zable-SIMcard-support@zable.co.uk for a fresh installation code.
