My connection keeps dropping

The most common causes:

  • Dual SIM conflict β€” if you have a physical SIM and eSIM both active, they can interfere. Temporarily turn off the other SIM (Settings > Mobile Data) and see if Zable stays stable.

  • Coverage β€” check the Vodafone coverage map for your area.

  • Device software β€” an outdated OS can cause eSIM instability. Check for updates in Settings > General > Software Update (iPhone) or Settings > System > System Update (Android).

  • Corrupted eSIM profile β€” if service drops multiple times a day, your eSIM profile may need replacing. Email zable-SIMcard-support@zable.co.uk for a fresh installation code.
