Text PAC to 65075 from your Zable Mobile number. You'll get a code by text within seconds — it's valid for 30 days and looks like this: ABC123456. Give it to your new provider when you sign up and they'll arrange the switch.
If you don't want to keep your number, text STAC to 75075 instead. Your STAC code is also valid for 30 days.
A few things to know:
If you've lost your PAC code — check your text messages first. If it's been deleted, just text PAC to 65075 again to get a new one.
Don't use a PAC that expires on the same day you want to port your number — PACs expire in the morning, but ports process in the afternoon. If your PAC expires on the same day, it'll be declined. Request a new one first.
Cancelling a port — you can only cancel a scheduled port the day before it's due to complete, before 5pm. Email: zable-SIMcard-support@zable.co.uk if you need to do this
You can keep using Zable Mobile until the transfer is done. Your subscription will cancel automatically once your number has ported out.
