When should I contact support about my port?

No need to contact us if it's been less than 2 working days, the status shows "Waiting for Carrier", or it's a weekend with the port queued for Monday.

Get in touch if:

  • It's been 3+ working days with no progress

  • Status shows "Rejected"

  • Your old service stopped but Zable isn't working

  • You need to change your port date urgently
