Before you request a switch
Check that your phone supports the SIM type you're switching to:
Switching to eSIM: Your device must support eSIM. Most iPhones from iPhone XS onwards and many recent Android phones are compatible. Not sure? Check your phone's settings or manufacturer website.
Switching to pSIM: You'll need a SIM card slot in your device.

Include the following in your email:
The email address on your Zable account
Your Zable Mobile phone number
Whether you want to switch to eSIM or pSIM
