How to switch between a physical SIM (pSIM) and eSIM

Find out how to switch your Zable Mobile plan between a physical SIM card and an eSIM, and what to include in your request.

Before you request a switch

Check that your phone supports the SIM type you're switching to:

  • Switching to eSIM: Your device must support eSIM. Most iPhones from iPhone XS onwards and many recent Android phones are compatible. Not sure? Check your phone's settings or manufacturer website.

  • Switching to pSIM: You'll need a SIM card slot in your device.

How to request a switch

Email us at zable-SIMcard-support@zable.co.uk with the subject line: SIM switch request.

Include the following in your email:

  • The email address on your Zable account

  • Your Zable Mobile phone number

  • Whether you want to switch to eSIM or pSIM
