When will I see my refund?
Refunds are added to your account as soon as the funds are received. You’ll see this reflected in your account overview in the Zable App.
How long do refunds take?
Most refunds take up to 14 days from the date the merchant processes them. If you’re waiting for a refund, it’s a good idea to contact the merchant to confirm when it was issued.
What if the transaction is still pending?
If the transaction is still pending, it may be cancelled with the merchant directly, and the funds will be returned to your available balance. You won’t be charged interest on pending transactions.
What if my refund hasn’t arrived after 14 days?
First, contact the merchant to confirm the refund has been issued. If they confirm the refund was sent more than 14 days ago and you still haven’t received it, please report this from your transaction list.
What happens after a dispute?
If you’ve disputed a transaction, we’ll write to you once the dispute is resolved. We’ll confirm the outcome, any next steps, and let you know if a refund has been processed.
