Where is my refund?

Please note refunds are applied to your account as soon as the funds are received and this would be reflected on your account overview in the App. If you are expecting a refund, I would recommend contacting the merchant to confirm when the refund was issued. Refunds normally take up to 14 days to reach us from when they are processed. If you have been waiting longer than this, please contact the merchant to confirm the refund was issued.

If the transaction is still pending, it may yet cancel down in which case the funds would be returned to your available balance. Interest does not accrue on pending transactions.

If the merchant is not able to help and the refund was issued over 14 days ago, we can look into this further for you. Please contact our team at cards@zable.co.uk.
