Unfortunately, we can’t cancel a transaction while it’s still pending. Merchants usually process pending payments within 10 days.
What happens while it’s pending?
No interest will be charged on the pending amount.
Once the transaction is processed and clears, you can make a repayment in the “Repay” section of the Zable App by tapping “Pay now.”
If you’ve cancelled the order with the merchant:
The pending transaction will drop off automatically, and the amount will be added back to your available balance.
