Making and setting up payments can also be easily accessed from any page in the app by clicking on “Payments” button.
Make a payment on your Zable Card
You can make a one-time payment in the Zable app using an eligible debit card or a linked bank account.
Make a one-time payment
Open the Zable app.
From Home, tap + Pay. You can also go to Card → Payments.
Enter the amount you want to pay.
Choose when you want the payment to be made.
Under Pay from, choose your payment method:
Pay by debit card
Pay by bank account
Review the details and confirm your payment.
Choose your payment method
Pay by debit card
Choose a debit card if you want to know quickly whether your payment has gone through.
Your payment is approved or declined immediately.
A successful payment can restore your available credit sooner than a bank-account payment.
If the payment is declined, you can try another payment method the same day.
There is no additional fee for paying by debit card.
Debit-card payments usually appear in the app within a few minutes. Occasionally, it can take up to 15 minutes. Refresh the app if you do not see the payment straight away.
Only eligible US-issued debit cards are supported. Credit cards are not accepted. Some debit cards may also be declined if they are expired, unsupported, or cannot be verified.
Pay by bank account
Choose a bank account if you prefer to pay directly from your checking or savings account.
Go to Card → Payments → Pay from.
Select Pay by bank account.
Follow the instructions in the app.
If you are asked to enter your bank details, use your account’s:
ACH or electronic routing number
Bank account number
Some banks may show you two routing numbers. You will need the ACH or electronic routing number, and not the wire routing number. Bank-account payments can take a few days to be reflected. The app will show the payment status when it becomes available.
Set up Autopay
You can also set up automatic monthly payments by clicking “Set up Autopay”, selecting the amount you want to pay each month, the date you want to pay on, and the account or debit card you want to pay from to make sure you never accidentally miss a payment.
If Autopay is available for your account:
From Home, tap Set up Autopay, or open Payments.
Choose the payment amount.
Choose the payment date.
Select an eligible payment method.
Review and confirm your settings.
The app will show which payment methods are available for your account. Canceling Autopay also cancels any scheduled ACH payments created by that Autopay setup.
If your payment is not showing
Debit-card payment: wait up to 15 minutes, then refresh the app.
Bank-account payment: allow a few days for the payment to appear.
Important information
Keep your payment method active until the payment has fully completed. A payment may still be reversed or disputed after it is initially confirmed.
