Paying your Loan by Check
We accept payments by check, though this is not our recommended payment method.
Payments made by check are applied on the date your check is received — not the date it was mailed. Mail delivery times can vary, so please allow extra time to ensure your payment arrives before your due date. A late payment may incur a late fee.
For the fastest and most reliable experience, we recommend setting up AutoPay.
How to pay by check?
If you choose to pay by check, please follow the steps below carefully:
1. Make your check payable to: Zable
2. Write your Loan ID and legal name in the memo line
3. Mail your check to:

4. Do not send check payments to any other address — this will delay posting to your account.
The most common reasons for processing delays:
Check not made payable to "Zable"
Memo line missing your Loan ID or legal name
Check sent to wrong address
