This article explains how to use the price template and what values to enter in each column.

The price template can be downloaded in the section Articles/Files/Exports. The template contains the following columns:

  • sku_order_number: Enter the SKU or order numbers for which you want to import prices in this column.

  • price: This column contains the price per SKU amount, as specified in the article file.

  • minimum_order_quantity: This column indicates the minimum quantity of the SKU the price is valid for.
Example: the article file states an SKU amount of 1 and an SKU amount in base unit of 10 (pieces) and the minimum order quantity is 2, this means the minimum order is 2 packages, each containing of 10 pieces (20 in total).

  • maximum_order_quantity: This column indicates the maximum quantity of the SKU the price is valid for. If not set, the price is valid for any quantity unless there is a cheaper price with a higher minimum_order_quantity for the same SKU (also see Notes on bulk prices). This information is optional.

  • valid_from: This column specifies from which date on the price is valid. This is useful when preparing a price change or offering a special discount for a specific period. This information is optional.

  • valid_until: This column specifies the date until which the price remains valid. It can be helpful for setting expiration dates for current prices and introducing new prices. This information is optional.

  • delivery_from_days: This column indicates the number of days from which the product is available for delivery at the earliest for this price. In combination with the following column, it is possible to set different ranges based on the delivery date. The price is only active, if the customer sets the delivery date to a date within this time range. This information is optional.

  • delivery_until_days: This column indicates the number of days from which the product is available for delivery at the latest for this price. In combination with the previous column, it is possible to set different ranges based on the delivery date. The price is only active, if the customer sets the delivery date to a date within this time range. This information is optional.

Notes

  • Do not change the column order as it will cause errors!

  • Blank lines are allowed in the uploaded file, but an existing order number must always include a price.

  • To create bulk prices, create multiple rows for the same SKU/order number and fill the column for the price, the column for the "minimum order quantity" and/or the column for the "maximum order quantity".

  • The columns "minimum_order_quantity" and "maximum_order_quantity" cannot have the same value. For most of the times, it is possible to leave the maximum_order_quantity column empty.

  • Additional columns can be used after the "delivery_until_days" column, such as for notes or additional calculations within the file. These columns will not be considered when importing the file.
