If you are an owner, admin or developer you can manage your organization by the following settings. You can access the settings by clicking on one of the three menu points manage memberships, manage all apps or settings on the home screen or via your profile picture. Then go to Organisation and click on your organisation.
Overview: The overview shows you at a glance, whether you have open todos to finalize setting up your organisation, e.g. uploading a company logo. By clicking on the gear icon you can change the name of the organisation, select what your company produces and more. An other way to enter this settings is to click on "Organisation Details" at the bottom. Note: If you change the name, the name in the URL stays the same.
Apps & Integrations: Here you find an overview of all your subscribed apps. You have the option to open the app, view the subscription or permissions or go to the Zaikio App Store.
Private Access Tokens: Within this setting you can create a new Access Token, e.g. for doing any API requests and to authenticate with the Zaikio API and APIs of other apps associated with the bearer.
Sites: If you have more than one site, e.g. two production sites or a warehouse, you can add them here. Note: E.g. when using Zaikio Procurement, you can select the site, so the supplier delivers the material to the correct address.
Machines: Here you can manage all your machines – in progress.
Members: This setting allows you to invite members and manage your members, like changing roles or remove them from the organisation.
Membership Invitations: This menu gives you an overview of all open invitations. In case an invitation is expired you can resent or delete it.
Subscriptions: This page shows all your subscriptions you have and the according costs.
Invoices: Set the email-address the invoice should be send to or take a look at your invoices.
Payment Settings: You can manage your payment settings, like the credit card, the tax identifier or the billing address, here.
Payout Settings: This menu allows you to setup your payout details.
App Developer Program: Click here, if you're a developer and want join the developer program and create your own app.
My Apps: This is the place to create your own app. Find more information by clicking on the link.
Organisation Details: Within the details you can change the name of your organisation, the type, select the products you produce manage the visibility and the requirement of Two-Factor Authentication(2FA). Note: If you change the name, the name in the URL stays the same. The country can't be changed. If this needs to be done, please contact us. If you want to learn more about 2FA click here.
Security: This menu also gives you the opportunity to manage the visibility and the requirement of Two-Factor Authentication(2FA). If you want to learn more about 2FA click here.
Leave Organization: If you want to leave the organisation click here and follow the instructions. Please note once you have left the organisation, you will no longer have access to the organization’s apps and data.
