The Offerings page is where you create and manage your coaching packages, pricing tiers, and service options. Well-structured offerings help clients understand your value and commit to their growth journey.

Types of Offerings

Individual Sessions

Single, one-time coaching sessions

  • Hourly rate

  • Pay-per-session

  • Good for: One-time consultations, trial sessions, occasional coaching

Session Packages

Bundles of multiple sessions

  • 3, 6, 12 sessions or custom amount

  • Discounted vs. individual rate

  • Validity period (typically 90 days)

  • Good for: Committed clients, goal-focused work, steady income

Recurring Subscriptions

Ongoing coaching relationships

  • Monthly subscription

  • Includes set number of sessions per month

  • Automatic recurring billing

  • Good for: Long-term development, executive coaching, retainer relationships

Free Consultations

Discovery calls

  • 15-30 minutes

  • No charge

  • Explore fit and approach

  • Good for: Converting prospects, building trust, clarifying expectations

Creating Your First Package

Step 1: Navigate to Offerings

  • Go to Offerings in coach navigation

  • Click Create New Package

Step 2: Basic Information

Package Name

  • Make it descriptive and appealing

  • Examples:

    • "Leadership Transformation Package"

    • "Career Breakthrough: 6-Session Journey"

    • "Executive Excellence Program"

Description

  • What's included

  • What outcomes to expect

  • Who it's for

  • Your approach

Example:

"This 6-session package is designed for mid-level managers ready to step into senior leadership roles. We'll focus on executive presence, strategic thinking, and influencing without authority. Includes personalized assessments, action plans, and between-session resources."

Step 3: Session Details

Number of Sessions

  • How many sessions included

  • Common: 3, 6, 12 sessions

  • Recommend: 6-12 for meaningful transformation

Session Duration

  • Minutes per session

  • Standard: 60 minutes

  • Can offer 45 or 90-minute options

Step 4: Pricing Strategy

Calculate Your Pricing

  • Single session rate: $150

  • 6-session package options:

    • No discount: 6 × $150 = $900

    • 5% discount: $855

    • 10% discount: $810

    • 15% discount: $765

Recommended Discount:

  • 3 sessions: 5% discount

  • 6 sessions: 10% discount

  • 12 sessions: 15% discount

Step 5: Validity Period

How long to use package

  • 30 days: Intensive programs

  • 90 days: Most common (recommended)

  • 180 days: Long-term development

  • 365 days: Executive retainers

What Happens at Expiration:

  • Client loses unused sessions (or your policy)

  • Can extend for clients if needed

  • Client notified 2 weeks before expiry

Step 6: Additional Options

Scheduling Type Choose one:

  • Flexible: Client books sessions as needed

  • Pre-Scheduled: All sessions scheduled upfront

  • Recurring: Regular weekly/biweekly schedule

Payment Options

  • Full payment upfront (most common)

  • Split payments (50% now, 50% after 3 sessions)

  • Monthly installments (for longer packages)

Step 7: Publish Package

  • Review all details

  • Make Available toggle ON

  • Package appears on your profile

  • Clients can now purchase
