Adding your first prospects

Zaplify has a database of more than 400 Million prospects, and around 100 Million companies. The easiest way to find new prospects to reach out to is to use our prospect search and prospect suggestions.

Prospect suggestions

Our AI will help you find the next prospect based on what you've added so far, what the results have been, and our analysis of your business. It will get better over time, once you've added your first 10 prospects it usually has enough data to create very accurate recommendations. To access the prospect suggestions, go to the prospecting section, and click "Suggestions".

In the suggestions tab, you'll see recommendations that we have built specifically for you. On the left side of the prospect card, you can see company data, while you can see data about the prospect itself, such as past experiences, on the right side.

Go through the list of suggestions by using the arrows on the left side, or the up/down arrow on your keyboard.

Add a prospect by clicking "Add". Reject will teach our AI not to suggest similar prospects in the future and remove the prospect from the list.

Prospect search

If you're looking for a specific target group you can use the prospect search tab. Access it by going to "Prospecting" and then clicking on the "Search" tab.

Add your desired filters in the left sidebar, click search and your prospects will appear on the right. If you wish to limit your results to only one prospect per company, select the "Show 1 prospect/company" switch at the top of the filter panel. If there are more prospects in a company than what is displayed, press "Show more" to display 20 more prospects in the company.

How to use the Search Filters and improve results

  1. Combine Company-filters and Prospect-filters to find relevant people at relevant companies.

  2. If you use the Company name filter to find a specific company, don't add any other company-filters, since it will narrow your results down further.

  3. Use the location filter to find Prospects working at specific locations. Note that there might be several locations with similar names. Use all of them to increase the number of results.

  4. Click the Job-title filter to get AI-driven suggestions for relevant titles close to your search. The more filters and titles you add, the more relevant title suggestions will appear.
