Zaplify’s suggestions and filter search are powerful tools that help you find relevant contacts based on your preferences. These tools pull from our vast database of contacts and companies, allowing you to explore a wide range of potential contacts.
Using suggestions
Our AI analyzes your current contact list, outreach activities and our analysis of your business to recommend new contacts for you to connect with. The more contacts you add and the more you engage with them, the more accurate our suggestions become.
Steps to Add Suggested Contacts:
Navigate to the Discovery section.
Go to Suggestions.
Browse through the contacts our AI has recommended by using the arrows on the left side, or the up/down arrow on your keyboard.
Click Add to add a contact to your messenger.
Use the Skip option if a suggestion doesn’t seem relevant—this helps improve future suggestions.
Using Filter search
The Filter Search allows you to specify criteria such as industry, job title, and location to find contacts that meet your precise needs.
Steps to Use Filter Search:
Go to Discovery in the left sidebar.
Select Filter Search.
Apply filters like Job Title, Location, Industry, and Company Size to narrow down your results.
To add contacts to your messenger, use the checkboxes to select one or more contacts, and then click Add to Messenger.
If you want to add a single contact, click Add on their individual row.
