There is no interest charged. Please do not consider ZayZoon as a loan as there are critical differences between Earned Wage Access and Loans. Instead, we charge a $5 flat fee for instant bank deposits and Venmo payouts. Your employees are simply gaining access to the wages that they have earned throughout their pay period, though utilizing ZayZoon as a means to gain access to those wages.
