How can ZayZoon help me educate my employees about the partnership?

Your dedicated Account Manager (AM) can absolutely assist in increasing your employees’ awareness of the ZayZoon partnership. They can host a virtual ZayZoon 101 Learning Session where they walk through everything they need to know about ZayZoon (eg. What is Earned Wage Access? What are the benefits? What are some use cases? How much does it cost? How does it work? How do the employees sign up? etc.) Your AM can also schedule a client visit in person to help educate your teams. You can also log into your Employer Portal and send out invites to all employees who have yet to sign up for ZayZoon. Your AM also has the ability to send out a bulk email invite to all of your employees, and we’re happy to do that for you! If employees have questions about their account, troubleshooting, registration issues, etc. please have them contact our Customer Care Team via in app/browser chat or support@zayzoon.com.
