ZayZoon has a dedicated ZayZoon Help Center, a virtual AI assistant, and a Customer Care Team to help employees when they need support.

You can direct your employees to our ZayZoon Help Center or send them a link to Contact Us.

To contact the Customer Care Team:

Click the chat bubble on the bottom right in the app or in the ZayZoon Help Center to start a chat.

The ZayZoon virtual assistant provides help 24/7, while agents are available: ZayZoon’s virtual chat assistant is available 24/7 to assist with basic inquiries and provide guidance when live agents are unavailable.

ZayZoon support is available every day of the week, including weekends. However, please note that the hours differ slightly on Saturdays and Sundays, as outlined above.

  • Monday to Friday 8am-8pm Mountain Time

  • Saturday and Sunday 10am-6pm Mountain Time
