ZayZoon has a dedicated ZayZoon Help Center, a virtual AI assistant, and a Customer Care Team to help employees when they need support.

You can direct your employees to our ZayZoon Help Center or send them a link to Contact Us.

To contact the Customer Care Team:

Chat: Click the chat bubble on the bottom right in the app or in the ZayZoon Help Center to start a chat.

The ZayZoon virtual assistant provides help 24/7, while agents are available:

  • Monday to Friday 8am-8pm Mountain Time

  • Saturday and Sunday 10am-6pm Mountain Time
