In order to take a payout, the co-worker you're referring must have already received their first paycheck.
How does it work?

Having them scan your unique QR code
Copying and pasting your referral code
They create an account and take a payout
You get $10 CAD and they get a fee-free payout ($4 CAD value)
There is no limit to the number of people you can refer! Only new accounts and first time payouts are eligible for promotions.
