With ZayZoon, you can:
Share anonymous feedback with your employer
View your team's Rewards & Recognitions, and
Comment and react on company-wide announcements.
You'll be able to view the first few recognitions, announcements and polls from the Payout screen in-app, as well as in a feed style view on the Company Activity page.
To react, comment, or vote, you'll need to be signed in to your ZayZoon account.
Notifications
When an announcement or poll is sent by your employer, you'll receive an email and/or push notification in the ZayZoon app.
Clicking on the notification will take you to ZayZoon, where you'll be able to see the announcement or poll on the company activity feed and share your feedback.
This is where you'll also be able to see Rewards and Recognitions sent within your company.

You won't be able to turn off specific types of notifications, but you can turn off all notifications from your profile in the ZayZoon app.
Polls (beta)
Polls are sent by your employer to gather anonymous team feedback. To vote, sign into your account and select the response of your choice. Polls will automatically show the most popular answers first.

Just sign in to your ZayZoon account and click on your selected choice! Once you do, the poll will update with anonymized results.
Don’t have a ZayZoon account yet? Not to worry, your email notification includes an invite to join when you open the link to view the poll.
Polls will automatically show the most popular answers first.

Yes, you can change your poll response by selecting another answer. The poll will automatically reload with your updated response.

You'll currently only be able to vote for one choice per poll, but to change your vote, just click your new choice and the poll will update!

Yes! Polls are completely anonymous and your employer will not know who voted for which choice.
Results are public but anonymous for everyone in the company.

If you received an email notifying you of a poll, you'll be able to view the first 5 items on your company activity feed, including polls, and finish signing up for ZayZoon.
To view more, participate in a poll, or comment and react to an announcement, accept the invite to join ZayZoon and create your account!

To react or comment on an announcement, you'll need to be logged in to your ZayZoon account. Sign up by accepting the invite to ZayZoon from the feed!
