Some recognitions are paired with gift cards as a sign of appreciation (also known as a reward).

When you receive a reward, you’ll be notified through an email from Prizeout with instructions on how to claim your gift card.

Gift cards sent through Rewards & Recognition are non-transferable. We want to make sure your hard work is rewarded!

No, since the gift card has already been purchased, you cannot exchange your gift card for another.

However, if you're looking for a particular retailer, ZayZoon also provides early access to your regular earnings through an Instant Gift Card wallet, where you can access up to a 25% boost at select retailers.

We know how important it is to feel appreciated at work. Rewards & Recognition allows your employer to share appreciation as often as possible, which means not all recognitions come with gift cards.

Generally, as your employer is partnered with ZayZoon and has activated Rewards & Recognition for your company, you'll be able to receive them.

However, it is up to each individual employer's discretion to determine who has access to their Rewards & Recognition program.

Your rewards are always private, but your recognitions may be public or private.

You’ll be able to see whether your recognition is private or public through icon and label on the post.

Your peer shoutout should appear on your recognition feed within minutes.

When you send a recognition to your peer, they will be notified by email within minutes. They'll be able to read your shoutout after clicking on the link in the email.

To comment or emoji react to a recognition, you'll need a ZayZoon account. When you sign up for ZayZoon through a Peer-to-Peer invite, you'll receive a $10 credit that you can redeem using any of our wallet options.

Need to delete a recognition? No problem! You can edit the values & message of your recognition or delete it. Or, you can reach out to your employer to help delete it on your behalf.

Recognitions are part of internal company communications. Employers cannot change your message, but ZayZoon account admins for your company have the ability to delete recognitions.

Recognitions should appear within minutes, but the recognition itself may have been deleted.

Recognitions may be deleted if sent to the wrong person or sent with the wrong privacy setting. ZayZoon account admins for your company also have the ability to delete recognitions.

If you’re unable to view a recognition, check with your employer before contacting ZayZoon.
