My Dashboard on the My Balance page

Your My Balance page on your app should always have the latest update for the amount that you have available to access (Wages Available). If you are unsure that your page is up-to-date, please refresh your page by pulling down on your screen.

Sign in to your app and go to the My Balance page.

My Dashboard shows Days Accessible

When your dashboard shows Days Accessible at the top, your account is calculated using your historical net* earnings average.

Days Accessible

This is the number of days that you have "unpaid" since the last date you were paid for.

For example, if you are paid semi-monthly, and your last payday was Feb 1st. Your pay period was from Jan 15-31st. On Feb 14th you will have 13 Days Accessible (13 full days worked but not yet paid for).

Wages You've Earned

This is the amount that ZayZoon has calculated using your estimated net earnings and other background factors. This amount is only an estimation and is not meant to reflect the exact earnings for your current pay cycle. Your Net/day is multiplied by the number of Days Accessible.

Wages You Can Access

This is the amount that ZayZoon gives you access to. It can range from 30-50%** of the Wages You've Earned amount.

Wages You've Already Accessed

This amount will show any amounts that have been accessed and not yet repaid. This is your balance owing. The repayment of your balance will be deducted from your next paycheck.

Wages Available

This is the amount you have available to access today. You can access one payout per day to a maximum of $200 (based on your earnings).

My Dashboard shows Hours Accessible

When your dashboard shows Hours Accessible at the top, your account is calculated using the number of hours you have worked that have not been paid yet multiplied by the estimated Net/hour rate.

Hours Accessible

This is the number of hours that have been sent to ZayZoon by your payroll. There can be a delay of up to 2 days to receive the hours. Only regular hours will be recorded. Paid time off, vacation, or sick days will not be counted in your Hours Accessible.

Wages You've Earned

This is the amount that ZayZoon has calculated using your hours reported, the estimated Net/hour, and other background factors. This amount is only an estimation and is not meant to reflect the exact earnings for your current pay cycle. Your Net/hour is multiplied by the number of Hours Accessible.

What if my Wages Available are $0 or a Negative amount?

If your Wages Available are $0 or a negative amount, that means you are not able to access a payout until you have a minimum of $20 in Wages Available.

This can happen if your balance (Wages You've Already Accessed) was not fully repaid on your last deduction and the amount you have owing is larger than the new amount that is calculated as available to you. Your Wages Available increase on a daily basis, so you would just need to check back in a few days for an increase in your Wages Available.

For more information on reasons why you may not be able to request a payout, please review this article.

Our Customer Care Team is not able to adjust the amount available to you or increase the Wages Available as the app is completely automated.
