To find your My Balance page, log into your ZayZoon account, then::

  • Mobile app: Tap the 3 dots for More, then My Balance

  • Desktop site: Click the My Balance tab from your Dashboard

On the my balance page, you'll be able to see the information that goes into calculating your total balance and available wages.

Wages Available (Available balance)

The amount you have available to access today. You can access one payout per day to a maximum of $200 (based on your earnings).

Your available balance will increase daily based on your payroll data. Please note that there can be a delay of up to 2 days to receive your earnings.

Tax deductions, bonuses, paid time off, vacation, or sick days do not count towards your available wages.

Wages You've Earned

An estimate of your net earnings that ZayZoon has calculated based on your payroll data.

This amount is only an estimate and does not reflect the exact earnings for your current pay cycle.

Wages You Can Access

This is the total amount of wages you can access based on ZayZoon's calculations from your payroll data. This can range from 30-50% of the total wages you've earned.

Wages You've Already Accessed

This is your balance owing based on the payouts you've already taken. The repayment of your balance will be automatically deducted from your upcoming paycheck(s).

We recommend checking your Account Activity page for your account statement if you want to see your account history to better understand your payouts and upcoming repayments,.

Other information

Certain accounts may have access to additional information to help you understand how ZayZoon calculates available wages. This includes:

  • Referral or promo credits

  • Future projected earnings (an estimate based on your past earnings)

  • Days/hours accessible (sent to ZayZoon by your payroll to calculate the wages available)
