Add a debit card
We recommend using the ZayZoon mobile app for the best experience: Get it on Google Play or Download it on the App Store for iOS.
- Log in on the ZayZoon mobile app 
- Tap the three dots on the bottom right corner for More, then Wallets. 
 
- Tap on the plus sign (+) to add a new wallet. 
- Select Instant Bank Deposit, then Next. 
 
- Enter your card number and expiry date, and click Save. 
When you request a payout, select Instant deposit from the options in your wallet.
Disable a debit card
Sometimes you may want to disable a debit card to reduce your usage of payouts, or because the card has expired/been compromised.
To protect the security of your account, please note that you will not be able to re-enable or re-add the same debit card on your account in the app.
Contact a live agent of the ZayZoon Customer Care Team through chat for further assistance on re-enabling a disabled/registered debit card.
Why is my debit card not supported?
Unfortunately not all debit cards are currently supported. Please try using a different debit card or selecting a different wallet type.
My debit card is already registered
If you're trying to update your expiry date on your debit card or re-enable a disabled wallet, you may receive the error message saying your card is already registered.
For security reasons, you'll need to contact a live agent of the ZayZoon Customer Care Team through chat. We'll help update your account so you can add your new card.
