This article provides common reasons why a wallet or card type may be locked, disabled, or suspended, along with troubleshooting steps.

Locked card/wallet reasons

Troubleshooting Steps

You previously asked to disable your card/wallet (for security, vacation, etc.)

Contact a live agent via chat or at support@zayzoon.com to verify your identity and re-enable the wallet.

You locked the ZayZoon Visa Prepaid Card from your bank portal.

Unlock the card from your bank portal or log in to the ZayZoon app.

Click on the ZayZoon Visa Prepaid Card section and select "Unlock Card".

You tried the wrong PIN too many times and the card was locked for security.

Call cardholder services (the number on the back of your card).

You attempted a purchase that may have been flagged as a potential fraud.

For credit cards, call cardholder services (the number on the back of your card).

For debit cards, contact a live agent via chat or at support@zayzoon.com to verify your identity or contact your bank.

You have a ZayZoon Prepaid Visa Card and your direct deposit is not set up or has stopped.

Provide your employer with:

  1. the accounting number, and

  2. the routing number for your card.

Once the system receives your updated payroll information, you'll have free payouts again!
