Frequently asked questions about the ZayZoon Gas Card and how to add your card to your digital mobile wallet

I chose the Gas Card for my payout, what's next?

Once you complete your purchase of the Gas Card, head over to your email inbox.

You will receive a confirmation email from ZayZoon and an email from Prizeout containing the Gas Card. In the Prizeout email, click on the "View Your Gift Card" button which will populate your Pin Code. This will take you off the page to another page with the Pin pre-populated; click on the blue arrow containing your Pin Code to continue. You will be presented with your Claim Code used to redeem and activate your Gas Card.

Copy the Claim Code by clicking on the copy icon in the Claim Code box and click on the blue box that says "Use Gift Card". On the "Redeem Your Code" page, paste your code into the box where it says "enter Your Code". Press the green "Redeem Code" button.
Complete the verification puzzle to proceed. You will be taken to the My Prepaid Center to register an account. You will only need to do this once.

Once you have created your My Prepaid Center account, you can proceed with adding your Gas Card manually to your digital wallet.

Please note, you cannot use your Gas Card in this format, it must be added to your digital wallet manually. Do not "Add a wallet" or "Add a profile" from this screen.

Keeping this page open with your card number, open your digital wallet and manually add your card number to your iPhone wallet or Google Wallet. You will select the "Debit or Credit Card" option.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I have to set up my Gas Card like this every time?

  • No, once your profile is set up in your My Prepaid Center account you will not have to register again.

I tried to download an app to add the digital card to my mobile wallet. It’s not working, what do I do?

  • Instead of trying to download the app to add the card to your mobile wallet, try this instead. Once you have your digital card visible in my prepaid center, simply open your mobile wallet app, select “add a credit or debit card” and type in the numbers on your digital card manually into your mobile wallet app.

I tried to add my Gas Card manually into my mobile wallet and it still isn’t working. OR I don’t have a mobile wallet (Samsung Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay) / smartphone.

  • First, try to punch in the card number manually

  • If your phone is not compatible with a digital wallet, and you have already activated the card:

    • Please call 888-371-2109 to have the card converted to a physical card

    • There will be a $3.00 conversion fee

    • ZayZoon will waive the fee on your next payout - please contact the Customer Care team to request that the discount is applied to your next payout.

What’s the difference between the Pin Code and the Claim Code?

  • The pin code is what you’ll receive in your email from Prizeout. Your pin code will be prepopulated when you click “view your gift card”. The claim code is what you’ll need to enter in myprepaidcenter.com to access your Gas Card.

How do I set a pin?

  • You can set a pin by logging into myprepaidcenter.com. You would have created an account when redeeming your Gas Card. Once you log in, you’ll see a prompt to create or change your pin. Click that to create or change a pin.

  • If your card is run as a credit card, you shouldn’t need a pin (recommended protocol). If your card is run as a debit card, you’ll need a pin to complete checkout at the gas station (reminder, you need to go in-store to pay and you cannot pay with your gas card at the pump).

I didn’t receive my verification code

  • Make sure that your phone number and email address are up to date. If one method isn’t working, try the other (i.e. if text isn’t working, try email). Be sure to check spam!
