Why can't I use my card at the pump at the gas station?
Make sure you select "Credit" as the default setting for the Gas Card to be able to tap to pay. If you've already made a PIN for your card, select “Debit” to try and tap.
If the options above don't work, or if you selected "Debit", you'll need to go into the physical store to pay at the register.
I tried to download an app to add the digital card to my mobile wallet. It’s not working, what do I do?
Once you have your digital card visible in my prepaid center, open your mobile wallet app, select “Add a credit or debit card” and type in the numbers on your digital card manually into your mobile wallet app.
Why didn't I receive my Gas Card verification code?
Make sure that your phone number and email address are up to date. If one method isn’t working, try the other (i.e. if text isn’t working, try email).
Be sure to check your spam and blocked addresses!
I tried to add my Gas Card manually into my mobile wallet and it still isn’t working.
You may have already activated the card, or your phone may not be compatible with a digital wallet.

If it's still not working, the virtual Gas Card may not be compatible with your phone. To request a physical Gas Card, you can call 888-371-2109. Note that there will be a $3.00 conversion fee, but ZayZoon will waive the fee on your next payout.

What if I don’t have a mobile wallet or smartphone/ I want a physical Gas Card?
You may want a physical gas card out of preference, or if you do not have a compatible smartphone or phone with a mobile wallet (Samsung Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay).
To request a physical Gas Card, you can call 888-371-2109. Note that there will be a $3.00 conversion fee, but ZayZoon will waive the fee on your next payout.
