How Do I Update My Hours in ZayZoon?

Your attendances (the hours you work) are sent to ZayZoon on a daily basis after the shift has closed. There can be a delay of up to two days for some attendances. This is an automated process between your payroll system and ZayZoon. ZayZoon can not manually update the reported hours or make changes to the punches on your account.

If there is a discrepancy in the hours reported, it should be corrected on the next file transfer. If it has not been updated within two days, please contact your payroll administrator to have them send an update.

Some causes for errors in attendances may be:

  • any of the punches were missed

  • you were being paid for vacation, sick time, or other paid time off

  • any other corrections were not completed at the time the files were sent.

A discrepancy in your hours reported to ZayZoon is not a major cause for concern as long as your hours are correct in your payroll system. This will only have a small impact on the amount of Wages Available calculated for you for the current pay cycle.
