Integrate Webex seamlessly into your Zeeg appointment scheduling and automatically create secure meeting links for every booked appointment. The Webex integration generates individual meeting details for each booking and adds them directly to the calendar invitation for you and your guests.
To integrate Zeeg with your Webex account and hold meetings on Webex, follow the next steps.
Connect your Webex account with Zeeg
Click on your name in the top left and select Integrations.
Search for Webex and click on it.
Click on Connect Webex
You will now be redirected to Webex to sign in with your Webex account and then connect it with Zeeg.
Click Accept to give Zeeg permission to automatically create Webex meetings on your behalf.
Zeeg is now connected with your Webex.
If you check "Only ask when requesting new permissions", this message will no longer appear when reconnecting.
Use Webex as meeting location
Go to Scheduling page and edit your appointment booking page by clicking on it.
Click on the Location dropdown menu.
Click on Webex.
The Webex location now appears on the page.
Click Save, and you're ready to automatically receive Webex meetings.
Now share your appointment booking link with your participants and meet online via Webex when they book an appointment and select Webex as the location.
Zeeg generates a unique Webex link when a Webex appointment is booked for you. You and your participants will receive the Webex conference details in the confirmation notification once an appointment has been scheduled.
