Custom Field Options

A few things to note, when you are creating custom fields for a certain option, then those custom fields will only display in certain places in ZenCase.

Here is a list of options and where they are available:

  • Client Custom Fields will display for any contact that is a client, regardless if they are a person or an organization.

  • People Custom Fields will display for any contact that is not a client and is a person.

  • Company Custom Fields will display for any contact that is not a client and is an organization.

  • Matter Custom Fields will display for any matter.

  • Matter Custom Fields with Matter Type set will display for any matter with that specific matter type.

  • Task Custom Fields will display for any task.
