By logging into your account on the platform, you can access the Invoices tab which will show any outstanding locum invoices. You can then simply click paid on the platform to inform the locum their payment is on its way!

Our Zen Locum booking fees are taken via Direct Debit through our payments partner GoCardless. You’ll receive a weekly invoice for any completed shifts and any fees will be automatically debited two weeks after the date of invoice. GoCardless is the most secure way for you to pay for your locum bookings with many of our stores already choosing the efficiency and convenience of Direct Debit.
