Many stores are starting to list a DBS is an essential requirement for pharmacists working with them. You cannot work with some stores if you do not have an Enhanced DBS.

Boots, Tesco, and other larger chains require you to have a DBS to take shifts with them. An Enhanced DBS is required as you may have access to vulnerable adults and children whilst working as a locum.

We highly recommend getting a DBS as it increases the number of shifts you can take and also reflects well on you as a healthcare professional.

Please reach out to our team if you would like us to process a DBS for you.
