If you are not able to attend your shift whether this is due to medical, a family emergency or other life events keep us informed!

If you need to cancel a shift you have booked, you must inform Zen Locum ASAP.

You must call and discuss the cancellation with a member of the team on on 020 3868 5751 and follow up with an email to support@zenlocum.com.

If you need to let us know out of hours please still ring and leave us a message and send an email/text. We will pick this up when we are back online and will contact you to discuss further. We are unable to accept emails and text messages as a method of communication for cancellations.

Please do remember cancelling a shift means that we have to urgently find a replacement, this can be difficult and puts a lot of pressure on the team and the store.

If you cancel with 14 days of the shift commencing you may be liable in line with our cancellation policy. Additionally, we do ask that you also find a replacement for shifts cancelled with 72 hours of the shift commencing. So please do consider your reasoning before cancelling a shift.
