While not essential, some stores may require you to have a Smartcard for system access. To work across multiple pharmacies, you’ll need locum access on your Smartcard, as it typically only works for one pharmacy at a time.

Once you have your Smartcard number, you'll need locum access. We can help you request this from your RA, but you must have at least 5 shifts (past or upcoming) booked to meet their requirements.
Book your shifts at least a week in advance to allow time for setup. After booking, email us with your RA’s email and your Smartcard number (if you haven't already). You can’t request locum access directly, so reach out to our team for help.
