How do I avoid my shift being cancelled?

Although we do our best, unfortunately shift cancellations are sometimes unavoidable. There are a number of reasons why a store may have cancelled your shift (see this article for more info) but sometimes, we may have to cancel your shift if you have not provided the required documentation.

Our team will always reach out via email in advance of your shift if you are missing a document needed to be eligible for a shift. Make sure you respond to this email as soon as you see it to update the team.

Although you will have completed your onboarding and provided the essential documents to book shifts, there are several reasons why we would have to remove you:

  • Out of date insurance on our system

  • Shift has additional service requirements which you have not provided, or the evidence provided is no longer in date

To avoid being removed from shifts, make sure to keep keep your account updated!
