What do I need to provide to start booking shifts?

There are various documents we need to see before you can attend any shifts.

Here are three essential items you need to provide:

  • Digital Identity verification (you can do this in the app)

    • Sharecode is also required if you have an EU passport or BRP card

  • GOC or GPhC registration number

  • Indemnity insurance policy certificate (incl. locum coverage)

The above are the minimum required documents. We recommend uploading as many of the requested documents as possible to maximise the amount of shifts you’re eligible for.

For Optometrists, Pharmacists, Dispensing Opticians or Pharmacy Technicians, it is also strongly recommended to upload your CV and references.
