How do I update my bank details?

Avoid invoicing delays and keep your account up to date

In the Zen Locum App, click on the ‘More’ button and then click into ‘Payment details’.

Here you need to enter:

  • Name on account

  • Account number

  • Sort code

  • Building society roll number (if you have one)

It’s essential your bank details are entered correctly.

If these details are incorrect, it will lead to issues with payment.
