We have a grace period of 24 hours after a shift is booked. If you confirm a locum first elsewhere please try and cancel the shift on the platform ASAP to avoid a locum booking the shift on Zen Locum as well. If you’re unable to cancel the shift in time and one of our locum books in, as long as you cancel within a 24hr period from when that locum is confirmed you will not be charged a fee.
If you find locum cover elsewhere, be sure to update your open shifts on the platform
