If you are cancelling a shift within 5 days of the shift date, you need to cancel the shift on the platform and discuss the cancellation with your Account Manager, or another member of the team. If you cancel within 5 days without a valid explanation you may be liable for Zen Locum’s full booking fee. Please be aware that locums may pursue for loss of earnings for the short notice cancellation of shifts.
