Most of our stores operate on a 4 weekly payment schedule so you should see your payment in that time.

If you haven't received payment within this timeframe, we’ve created a streamlined process for submitting outstanding payment queries and follow-ups for invoices submitted via the app!

This improved process gives you the power to follow up on payments with just a few clicks.

If you’re currently following up on payment please use this link below to our new form to submit your details. We'll reach out to the stores on your behalf to follow up on your payment and let you know when we have a timeline of when you can expect to receive the payment.
