Once you have uploaded your essential documents, they will need to be reviewed and verified by a member of our vetting team before you can book shifts.

We ask that you allow 3 - 5 business days for your profile verification to be complete.

Please keep an eye on your inbox for further updates as we will reach out to you if any of your documents are rejected.

If they are all good to go, you will receive an email to let your know your profile is active and that you can start booking shifts!
