How can I delete my profile or registration?

If you want to delete your account with Zen Locum, you must submit this request via the Zen Locum app.

Head to “More” and then scroll down until “Delete account”.

Our team will then process your request within 30 days.

Please note that if you have worked through Zen Locum before, we must keep certain compliance records, please refer to our privacy policy for more details.

Our privacy policy also lists the types of data we collect and what we use it for.

Alternatively, you can ask the team to temporarily “disable” your account. This means that your data won’t be deleted, and you can re-activate your account in the future if you decide to locum again.

If you need any help or have questions, email support@zenlocum.com with your request and we'll take care of it.
