This Privacy Policy applies to the Android app Easy Budget Money Tracker Zeny (package name com.nonapp.zeny), also known as Zeny, and to its iOS version. The app is developed and published by Lemon App LLC.

Data stored on your device and optional Zeny Cloud
By default, the financial records, categories, accounts, recurring entries, summaries, and settings you enter in Zeny are stored on your device. If you create a Zeny Cloud account or enable cloud sync, your account email, authentication information, financial records, settings, purchase-token association, and sync metadata are transmitted to and stored on Zeny servers so we can provide account access, backup, synchronization, and purchase restoration.
Other data we collect and how we use it
Support: when you contact us, we process the message and files you submit, your contact or account information, app version, operating-system version, device model, and account status so we can respond and troubleshoot.
Analytics and diagnostics: usage events, crash logs, diagnostic information, device or other identifiers, and approximate location may be processed to understand feature use, maintain reliability, prevent abuse, and improve Zeny. Financial amounts, memos, categories, and account names are not sent to analytics services.
Purchases, advertising, and notifications: Google Play purchase tokens and subscription status are processed to provide Premium features and restore purchases. Google Mobile Ads may process device identifiers, approximate location, and consent choices to provide and measure ads. Firebase Cloud Messaging may process a device token to deliver notifications.
Service providers and sharing
Lemon App LLC does not sell your personal data. We use Intercom for support, Mixpanel for product analytics, Sentry for crash and diagnostic reporting, and Google Play, Google Mobile Ads, and Firebase Cloud Messaging for purchases, ads, and notifications. These providers process data on our behalf or as independent controllers under their own terms and privacy policies. We may also disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or our rights.
Retention and deletion
Data stored only on your device remains until you delete it, clear app storage, or uninstall the app. Cloud data is retained while your Zeny account is active and is deleted when you delete the account, subject to backup, security, and legal retention described on our account and data deletion page. Encrypted backups may retain a copy for up to 30 days. Closed support conversations are normally retained for one year. Limited security or legal records are retained only as long as needed for those purposes.
Security
We use administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
