Use Zeny with Shortcuts

You can open Zeny actions directly from the Shortcuts app: input, history, report, chart, input with the last used category, and history search. Assign them to Siri, the Home Screen, widgets, automations, or the Action button to reach common Zeny tasks faster.

Available Shortcuts

Open the Zeny screen in the Shortcuts app to see the available actions.

Input opens the Input tab. History opens the History tab, Report opens the Report tab, and Chart opens the Chart tab.

Last Expense selects the last expense category you used and opens the input screen with today's date. Last Income does the same for the last income category. Search opens the History tab and shows the search field.

Run from the Shortcuts App

Open the Shortcuts app, then tap Zeny in All Shortcuts. Tap an action to open Zeny and move directly to that screen.

Use Input to start entering today's spending, History to check past entries, and Report or Chart to review your monthly situation.

Useful Ways to Use Them

If you often use the same expense category, assign Last Expense to the Home Screen or Action button. It lets you start another entry with the same category in fewer steps. If you often record income, use Last Income.

Search is useful when you want to quickly find a past transaction. If you want to build a review habit, you can open Report or Chart from a weekly or monthly automation.

Use with Siri and Automations

Give your shortcut a clear name so you can run it with Siri, such as "Zeny input" or "Zeny search".

You can also add Zeny actions to automations based on time, location, Focus mode, and other triggers. For example, open Input at a fixed time to avoid forgetting entries, or open Report near the end of the month.

If They Do Not Appear

If Zeny shortcuts do not appear, update Zeny, open Zeny once, then reopen the Shortcuts app. Zeny shortcut actions are available on iOS 16 or later.
