To automatically draft a follow-up email for a meeting:
Select the meeting note you would like to send the email summary for
Click on the "Draft follow-up email" icon in the top right corner.
A window will open and a draft email will appear titled: "[DRAFT] Follow-up email for <meeting name>"
Copy and paste the email preview into your preferred email provider
💡 Note that the follow-up email will never be sent directly to your clients. You can copy and paste the email draft to use in whatever software you’d like!
