How to Draft a Follow-Up Email to Meeting Attendees

Users can utilize Zeplyn to draft a follow up email for their clients.

To automatically draft a follow-up email for a meeting:

  1. Select the meeting note you would like to send the email summary for

  2. Click on the "Draft follow-up email" icon in the top right corner.

  3. A window will open and a draft email will appear titled: "[DRAFT] Follow-up email for <meeting name>"

  4. Copy and paste the email preview into your preferred email provider

💡 Note that the follow-up email will never be sent directly to your clients. You can copy and paste the email draft to use in whatever software you’d like!
