  1. How long does it take for Zeplyn to generate meeting notes?

Zeplyn generates meeting notes in real-time. Typically, it takes less than 1 minute to generate notes for an hour-long meeting.

If meeting notes have not been generated for more than 10 minutes after you saved your meeting, please reach out to us at support@zeplyn.ai so we can look into this for you.

  2. How accurate are the notes? Can I rely on the app to capture all important aspects of the meeting?

Zeplyn meeting assistant provides industry leading accuracy for Advisor-client meetings as our AI has been fine-tuned to understand the Wealth Management context. You can rely on the Zeplyn app to capture important points from the meeting including client financial details, goals and objectives, key discussion points, and action items, but we do not guarantee 100% accuracy. We are continuously improving Zeplyn’s models to increase the accuracy with which meeting notes are generated.

As a best practice, we recommend reviewing the meeting notes generated by Zeplyn and adding or modifying any discussion points as needed. Additionally, the "ask anything in a meeting note" feature can be very helpful if you'd like to double-click on a discussion point to have Zeplyn elaborate.

Zeplyn also provides access to the full meeting transcript. By default, transcripts are retained for 30 days. If you wish to turn on transcripts for your meeting, please send us an email at support@zeplyn.ai

  3. Why are my meeting notes empty or partially captured?

Your meeting notes may be empty for one of the following reasons:

    (1) using the Mic flow and you forgot to allow microphone access to the Zeplyn

    (2) using the Mic flow and you selected the incorrect microphone

    (3) using the Mic flow for a virtual meeting and you were wearing earphones

    (4) using the Notetaker flow and you forgot to let the notetaker into the meeting*

*Microphone access is requested in a pop-up window when you click on the red microphone button in the Zeplyn app. If you don’t see a pop-up, make sure your web browser is not blocking it.

If the problem persists, please reach out to support@zeplyn.ai.

  4. I followed the instructions to create a new note but the note isn’t showing up. Am I missing something?

It’s possible that you forgot to hit Save after the meeting ended.

Please go through the user guide and make sure you followed each step when creating a new note.

  5. Why didn’t I receive an email after clicking on the “Preview follow-up email” button at the top right corner of the note?

Once you click on the “Preview follow-up email” button, a dialog box will open in your Zeplyn window. From there you can copy your generated email contents and paste them in your email draft.

  6. Which CRMs does the Zeplyn app support?

We currently support Salesforce, Wealthbox, and Redtail integrations. If you use any other CRM, please send us an email at support@zeplyn.ai describing your CRM requirements and we would love to partner with you to expand our CRM integration abilities.

  7. Why is the Advisor Notes section empty?

The Advisor Notes section may be empty if specific client intents or actions were not detected in a meeting. This is consistent with app usage in internal meetings.

  8. Can I access the full meeting transcript?

Yes, you have access to the full meeting transcript in the Zeplyn app for 30 days by default (unless your firm has a shorter/longer retention window). Please email support@zeplyn.ai, if you'd like to see the transcript tab enabled in the Zeplyn app.

  9. Can I use Zeplyn for phone call meetings or interactions with my clients?

Yes! You can use Zeplyn to capture notes during your calls. Visit this page to learn more.

  10. What’s the difference between Key Takeaways and Advisor Notes section?

Key Takeaways capture the main points of discussion from the meeting. This section is typically data heavy as it captures all financial details of the client: savings, checking, salary, expenses, cash, investments, portfolio, other sources of income, liabilities, etc.

Advisor Notes capture client nuances that are essential to building strong relationships. This section is qualitative and captures client’s relationships (spouse, children, etc.), major life events, financial goals, investment style, risk appetite, concerns, etc.
