When adding a new lead, ZevBit includes custom fields as qualifying questions or additional info that help with reporting and decision-making.
Default question
"Where did this client come from?"
This ties directly to lead sources and can be customized in Settings.
Custom fields
Beyond that, users can add other custom questions (dropdowns or text fields). To add a question, the user will click the option "Add Custom Field", which will open a pop-up to add the details.
A pop-up will appear with fields:
Question title
Question type: Dropdown, Text Area, or Text Box.
If "Dropdown" is selected, add dropdown options.
There are two toggles:
"Required": If enabled, this question must be answered when creating a lead in CRM.
"Add as Column in CRM": If enabled, users specify the column name, and the question will appear as a column in the CRM client list.
The user can also manage the Custom Fields from the settings --> Custom Fields page.
