How to Convert a Lead to an Estimate

Once a client is ready for pricing, you can move them from the CRM directly into the Estimate feature. This is the starting point for building any estimate in ZevBit.

Steps

1. Go to the CRM dashboard and find the client

Click on CRM in the left navigation menu. Locate the client or project you want to write an estimate for.

2. Open the client profile

Click on the client or project name to open their profile. You will see their full information including Client Information, Project Information, and Qualifying Questions.

3. Click the Estimate tab

At the top of the client profile, click the Estimate tab. A warning pop-up will appear asking:

"Are you sure you want to move this to the estimates dashboard?"

Click Yes to confirm. This moves the project from the CRM into the Estimate feature and assigns it the default status "Need to Write Estimate".

Note: Once you click Yes, this project will now appear in your Estimate Dashboard.


What Happens Next

Your project is now in the Estimate feature and ready for pricing. Head to the Estimate Dashboard to find it and start building.
